If for any reason you need only the Microfilm Records, we can get any microfilm records you may need for a Condo, Warehouse, Office Building, or any other Commercial or Industrial Facility.

In the case of a government property, we will expedite the mandatory “clearance” to get any microfilm record.

A search in Microfilm Section could be for:

• Records of when the property was originally built, (also called blue prints).
• Records for additions, renovations or alterations if they were done with permit.
• Certified copies of expired permits.
• Plans for mezzanines, 2^nd floors, elevators, storage rooms in warehouses or any other commercial property.

According to what you may need, we will make sure of the following:

• Pre-search each address before to schedule appointment to avoid unnecessary search fees.
• Obtain the right plans for your property.
• A complete and thorough search performed by the microfilm technician.
• Copies will be printed as clear and legible as possible.
• Avoid paying for unnecessary copies.

We send the microfilm records obtained by e-mail first and then by regular US mail.

We keep a digital copy of all these records so if you lose them, we can just send again the information (charges apply in some cases).
